WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a senior professional business manager with a solid working experience in a multinational retail brand (s). The candidate should have a strong understanding for the retail industry, sales, stores management, retail finance, customer services and workforce management. This employment opportunity represents a unique opportunity for candidates to transform into a new challenging career and be part of a retail consulting practice and as business consultant/facilitator for the retail industry.
The candidate should be highly motivated, energetic, forward thinker and outgoing individual and who is comfortable with public speaking
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assess and evaluate clients’ retail operations, strategies, sales workforce, and feedbacks about skills, qualifications and performance management to determine operations changes, processes enhancements and required training
- Deliver advisory & training on issues like improvement of workforce skills, sales capabilities, customer services, sales process, procedures, products, handling customers complains & objections, visual merchandising and using different sales tools beside to leadership and management techniques
- Evaluate and assess trainee performance and provide feedback, tools and individual coaching.
- Develop & implement metrics to evaluate effectiveness of Sales Training and any related programs.
- Plans, organizes, directs, and controls the training activities of the sales function in order to help clients to improve sales staff qualifications and competencies to maximize sales volumes and revenue and improve customer satisfaction
- Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive training programs, plans and strategies to develop employees’ career bath according to clients’ plans and strategies
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree from a reputable university in Business Administration, finance or marketing
- Minimum 8 years working experience in multinational retail brands; in fashion and/or telecom; in which 3+ years as a senior manager
- Strong understanding for the retail industry in terms of customer behaviors & trends, retail strategies, in-store process, supply chain, visual merchandising, inventory management, sales operations, marketing and workforce management
- Good presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Computer literacy, experience with Windows and the Web
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Fluent in Arabic and English
