REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduates from a reputable university; majoring in business, finance or economic
• 10+ years working experience in a progressive environment gained in either an operational or Consultancy role in a Multinational Bank – Retail Operations
• 3+ years working experience as a senior consultant at a multinational Consultancy firm is a strong plus
• A background in operational improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma and ST would be advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate by written and verbal means at all levels within the organization; good presentation skills
• Strong work ethic with commitment to high performance, quality and service excellence
• Flexible, adaptable and customer focused, able to build relationships quickly at all levels and thrive in an environment of constant change.
