The successful candidate must have excellent HR business consultancy
capabilities. Specific responsibilities include:
- Analyze client needs to develop appropriate Human Resources strategies to increase client satisfaction retention to enhance business performance
- Proactively consult with clients and recommend HR strategic solutions to improve critical business objectives. Planning, developing and delivering customized HR services to a variety of business industries based on client needs and company sales objectives
- Evaluation of client HR processes and programs to ensure maximum services delivery and client engagement.
- Define HR delivery strategies, design HR operational models and provide HR consulting services in other areas such as Organizational Design and Development, HR Shared Services and Change Management
- Analyze and assess our clients' current HR strategies, organization, processes, people, and culture, using HR core concepts and utilizing best practices and benchmarks
- Develop talent management approaches, including structures for competencies and all related talent management programs, based on the clients’ business goals and desired outcomes
- Assess, Design and deploy compensation or performance programs for our clients’ and make recommendations for improvement
- Effectively support the other business Managers with quality HR advice
- Aid the business to meet key objectives through the innovative use of human resources by leading, participating in and contributing to a variety of project based assignments
- To identify proactively areas where the Cullinan's HR Service Delivery Model can add value for the clients and recommend appropriate actions
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduates with at least 10 years experience in a progressive environment gained in either an operational role or consulting role
- Working experience as a senior consultant at a multinational Consultancy firm is a strong plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate by written and verbal means at all levels within the organization; good presentation skills.
- Flexible, adaptable and customer focused, able to build relationships quickly at all levels and thrive in an environment of constant change
- Analytical with the ability to produce a wide variety of meaningful business reports
- Solid project management experience and able to mentor and develop subordinates.
- Experience in Telecom and/or Banking & Financial Services and/or Retail industry is a strong plus.
- Superior client-service skills and proven ability to build/retain a client base.
- IT savvy with proficiency with MS applications and relevant information systems.
- MBA, or Post graduate degree in relevant subject, is a strong plus.
